Returns & Exchange Policy

 

For any Special Order or Made to Order items, we guarantee your satisfaction. Though these item types may not be returned for refund or credit, we are committed to altering, adjusting or remaking the item until you are happy with the final result.

 

For any item purchased from inventory, if you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unaltered merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Merchandise returned more than ninety days after the delivery date will not be accepted or returned.

 

Gift Returns

If a gift item is returned, an SvdL store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the paid amount of the returned merchandise.

 

Return Process

You may return items in whatever manner is most convenient for you. If you are not using the original shipping carton, please ensure that the returned items are packed in a carton that will return them to us in as shipped condition.

 

Please complete the merchandise return form on the backside of the packing slip received with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

 

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.

If a specific item has a return or exchange policy that differs from the policy stated above it will be noted on the packing slip for that item.

 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any online order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. If it is too late to cancel you will have to follow the return process outlined above.
